What we check

The questions we ask.

Each check uses a fixed set of buyer questions about your services and your area. They’re phrased the way customers ask, and they leave out your business name.

Google AI covers AI Overviews and AI Mode.

We ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Grok through their APIs, and read Google’s AI answers from live results. Perplexity is tracked, but not counted in your score.

What we save from every answer.

Every answer is saved word for word, with its date and the sources it cites. Your portal shows the original answer, not a summary we wrote.

How we score

Recommended, mentioned, or not mentioned.

An answer counts as a recommendation when it suggests you as someone to hire. A mention means your name appears without a recommendation. Mentions are shown beside your score, and never added to it.
